  I would highly recommend my experience with Rob Jenkins. We relocated in 2012 from the Bethlehem GA area and had to rent our house out until the market turned around. Rob was able to provide us tenants for almost the entire time in a tough economic market at a fair rental rate. When the market finally turned around, I had faith that Rob would be able to deliver us a good sales price and experience. This was our first home sale, and Rob was always patient and willing to answer any questions we had. He was able to guide us through this experience very professionally.
